The marvellous location for the price, short walk to taxi and metro. For shots visit Devilcraft Kanda, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, employees are welcoming, and location is favourable in a wonderful district of the city. I enjoyed my room - fairly quiet and luxurious with an amazing view of the skytree tower. All in all they offer impeccable service. Besides, for internet venue charges usd 12 per 24 hours. Thank you for a fantastic stay: )

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station in the heart of Tokyo's center. The room was spacious with stunning views of the skyline, including the Tokyo sky garden. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the luxurious bathroom to the amenities like Bose speakers and a beautiful kimono provided for our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Italian restaurant and drinks in both the lounge bar and the bar with live jazz music. The concierge service was superb, securing a reservation for us at a renowned sushi restaurant before our stay. We also made use of the well-equipped gym, complete with fresh towels, smoothies, and energy bars. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

    Cannot find any fault.

We recently spent a few days in Tokyo and had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary breakfast and a city map upon check-in. The location was also great - just a few minutes walk from a major transportation hub and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views from our room and the rooftop bar!

There really wasn't much to dislike about our stay! If we had to nitpick, we would say that the room could have been a bit bigger, but it was still very comfortable.

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel in the posh area of Tokyo, offering a fantastic location near Tokyo Station and Ginza. The room was beautifully appointed with a large seating area and a spacious bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding felt brand new. The hotel staff was impeccable, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, accompanied by excellent waiter service. Additionally, the hotel had a gourmet shop with mouthwatering treats.

There were a few shabby elements in the room, such as chipped furniture and some slipped hinges.

The hotel had stunning views and the room was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The wifi connection was a hassle and not easy to connect to. We also had to wait a long time for our food at the restaurant.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel for three nights. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and great views of the skyline, including the Tokyo sky garden. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially the front desk trainee Krit, Maria Yano, and Robin Colleau, were incredibly helpful and ensured that we felt at home. The hotel's location, quite close to Tokyo Station, made transportation around the city convenient. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fantastic French restaurant, Signature.

    Absolutely nothing.

I experienced a minor issue with the restaurant service as it was crowded and slow to turn over tables during breakfast. However, the quality and taste of the food were excellent.
